Returns & Refunds Policy All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except as provided below. Returns Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from delivery. To be eligible, products must be in new (unmodified, unaltered) condition, in original packaging, and shipped to the return facility address provided by customer service. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed within 30 days. Refunds & Exchanges: We offer refunds to the original payment method or exchanges for the same item. Store credits are not offered. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 20 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer. Refunds by bank transfer will be completed within 48 hours after receipt of your bank details, in the original order currency. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over US$75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
